Upward Mobile sells devices and items on many different online platforms. Our refund process is the same for each. We receive a shipment of returned items daily Monday through Friday. We inspect and process these returns and issue refunds within 24 hours. If there is an issue with your refund we will always contact you to figure out any problems.
