How Long are you Covered?
- Return for full refund within 30 days for any reason except if you damaged the phone
- Between 30-60 days we will replace the phone at our cost for free if there is a defect
What is Covered?
- Defects with the phone including hardware and software problems
- Activation issues with your carrier (bad serial number/incorrect model)
What Is Not Covered?
- Accidental damage
- Water damage (we check for this before shipping)
- Damage from misuse
- Software problems from rooting or jailbreaking
- Shipping damage not reported within 24 hours of received package
- Defects arising after 60 days from purchase date
How Do I Return/Exchange My Phone?
- If your phone has a defect first visit our Help Center for solutions to your problem.
- If you were unable to solve your problem in our Help Center, or you want to return the phone for a reason besides a defect, Submit a Ticket to our Customer Experience team.
